Fathir revealed, the four perpetrators had acted 12 times in the city of Medan, including shopping centers and places of worship. They acted with spark plugs and screwdrivers, breaking the windshield of the victim’s car and then destroying the property inside.
From the perpetrators, evidence was secured of 1 white Xenia type car, 3 motorbikes and 1 spark plug used in the action.
The results of the suspect’s crime were used to buy drugs, clubbing and spree. They are subject to Article 363 of the Criminal Code concerning theft with a maximum prison sentence of five years.
